This site is a study tool for the IAPP AIGP exam. It holds very little about you, and this page says exactly what, in the same words the code uses.

What is held, and why

WhatWhere it comes fromWhy
Email address and display nameFrom your Google account, when you sign in.To identify your account, and to contact you about it if something goes wrong with your progress or the service is changing.
Your Google account idA number Google uses for you. Not your email, not reversible into one.The key your saved progress is stored under.
Which pages are visited, and whenA small script served from this site, added 2026-09-11. It records the page path and a random id your browser generates for itself — not your account, not your name, not your IP, and nothing about your answers. To tell whether people arrive and leave without signing up, which raw server logs cannot answer because most requests are automated scanners. It goes to the owner's own analytics service and nowhere else.
Your study progressQuestions attempted, questions missed, mock exam scores and dates, your review schedule, the days you studied, and a target exam date if you set one.So your progress follows you between devices instead of living in one browser.

What is not held

The legal bit, briefly

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: running an account you asked for and being able to reach you about it. That is a low-impact use of an address you already gave Google, on a free study tool, and you can end it at any time by deleting your data below.

Your email will not be used for marketing. Not for a newsletter, not for "we thought you'd like", not for anything about another product. If that ever changes you will be asked first, in a way you have to actively agree to, and saying no will not affect the site.

How long

For as long as you use the site, and then until you delete it. There is no automatic expiry — your progress is the point of having an account, and quietly deleting a half-finished revision plan would be worse than keeping it.

Deleting everything

Signed in, this removes your record — progress, email and name together, immediately and permanently. There is no soft delete and no backup copy to restore from.

You can also email [email protected] and it will be done for you. You have the right to ask what is held, to have it corrected, and to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Who else sees it

Nobody. It is stored in Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes it only to do that. It is not shared, sold, or sent anywhere else. Signing in involves Google, because that is where you sign in — Google's own privacy policy covers that part.
