Delete your LearnAIGP account
LearnAIGP — the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) exam-prep app and website at learnaigp.com — lets you delete your account and all of the data stored with it yourself, at any time. It takes a few seconds and works the same in the Android app and in a browser.
How to delete your account
- Sign in with the Google account you use for LearnAIGP — in the app, or at learnaigp.com.
- Open this page (learnaigp.com/delete-account), or the privacy page.
- Select “Delete my account and data” below, and confirm.
Can’t sign in any more? Email [email protected] from the Google account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my LearnAIGP account”. It will be done by hand and confirmed to you within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Immediately and permanently — there is no backup copy and no grace period:
- your email address and display name, as provided by Google when you signed in;
- your study progress: questions answered and missed, quiz and mock-exam scores, your review schedule, the days you studied, and your target exam date;
- your session: you are signed out on every device;
- the copy of your progress on the device you delete from. Other devices remove their copy the next time they open LearnAIGP.
What is kept, and for how long
- A sign-out marker, for 31 days. To sign out your other devices, the service keeps a record that sessions for your Google account id were ended, and when. It contains no email, name or progress, and it deletes itself automatically after 31 days — by which time every session that existed has expired anyway.
- Anonymous page-view counts. LearnAIGP counts which pages are viewed using a random id your browser generates for itself. These records never contained your account, email, name or answers and cannot be linked to you, so there is nothing in them to delete. See the privacy notice.
- Nothing else. Your Google account itself is not affected — LearnAIGP never had access to it beyond your name and email.
You can sign in again later with the same Google account; you will start with a fresh, empty account.
